TRADING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY
Le Baci provides our services to you subject to the following
terms, conditions, and provisions (“Terms and Conditions”). By
placing orders to purchase products, you indicate that you
understand and intend these Terms and Conditions to be the legal
equivalent of a signed, written contract, and you accept and agree
to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Le Baci (Supplier)
reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time
for any reason.
Le Baci (supplier) supplies direct to the public as well as to a
number of Australian stockists and Beauty Therapists.
All purchasing stockists agree that any purchases that they make
together with the sale of Products will be governed by the terms and
subject to the conditions contained herein;
Account Usage
Le Baci reserves the right to decline or deactivate any
wholesale account and application at any time.
If a merchant is found to be using their stockist account solely for
personal use (such as for their friends and family) the account may
be immediately removed and invoiced for the discounts applied on
previous orders.
Payment Terms
We offer Direct Bank Deposit.
Orders will be paid upfront through direct banking before they can
be processed and shipped.
Minimum Ordering
There is no minimum order value.
However, to be classed as a stockist and receive wholesale pricing,
a minimum annual total order of $500 excl GST is required.
Exclusivity
If you do not place a re-order within 6 months Le Baci will
consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be
void.
Shipping
Free shipping applies to all order of $200 excludes gst.
Although your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to
3 business days for your order to be shipped or when payment has
been received.
We use Australia Post as our preferred means of shipping. You will
receive tracking details when your order ships.
Returns
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and
contact us within 2 days of damaged, missing or defective shipments.
Damaged merchandise may (at our discretion) either be replaced,
discounted or credited.
If you contact us after the 2 days of receiving your shipment, we
reserve the right to refuse replacement.
No returns are acceptable without Le Baci prior approval and
delivery instructions for shipping.
Standard return Shipping 500g or 1k satchel (whichever meets the
weight/volume requirements for the item/s) may be covered by Le Baci
only if it is sent via prepaid satchel and you enclose the Original
Receipt inside.
You’re Customer Returns
You are your customer’s first point of contact for any returns –
we cannot deal with your customers as they did not purchase from us.
Your returns policy applies to anything your customers buy from you
– including any Le Baci stock. However, our returns policy applies
for any stock you return to Le Baci that is defective or damaged
during shipping from us to you ONLY. Please ensure you follow the
return instructions above.
Sale & Promotions
Stockist – will be notified of customer seasonal promotions,
available with opening seasonal orders only (can only be ordered
once per season) so please stock up for the season.
Our Website - sales and promotional items are not available for
wholesale ordering.
Pricing
All stockist prices shown are exclusive of GST.
Copyright and Images
If you would like to use any of our images for promotional
purposes or on Instagram you MUST tag ‘Le Baci Organics Stockist’
with your business name beneath that so they know which stockist you
are.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information that you provide to us including your
name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated
confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any
entities or individuals outside of Le Baci. We may, however, list
your store’s contact details in listed stockists on our website or
to provide these details to potential customers upon request.
Feedback
We thrive on customer feedback. Customer observations, ideas and
suggestions are where many of our products originated. We encourage
you to point out areas that we can improve.
