Orders are
dispatched within 2 business days. and shipping times are
estimated at between 3-5 business days depending on your
location within Australia.
Le Baci does not take
responsibility for products lost or stolen, once
Australia Post has marked your order as "DELIVERED", it
is then out of our hands and your responsibility to
request a missing item investigation using your
parcel tracking number.

AUSTRALIA ONLY: Simply click
the "Add to cart" button, where you will be taken into our shopping
cart, there you will be able to change product quantity, click the "Continue shopping" button
or continue to check out with
Pay with credit /
debit card.

Pay with Pay Pal account
If you would
prefer to pay by direct bank
deposit. Please email your order (as in International order Step
1 - 6).
On
receipt of your order, we will calculate total cost with shipping and VIP offer (if
applicable) plus payment options within 24 hours. Please note that orders paid
through direct bank deposit will not
be posted until clearance from the bank (approximately 2-3 working
days).
Le Baci does not
take responsibility for products lost or stolen in transit,
please advise when ordering if you would like insurance on your
purchase.
~ RETURN POLICY ~
We believe in providing a fair and reasonable
exchange policy to our customers if you are not satisfied.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange or refund; Free, Clearance or Sale
items.
Please advise Le Baci within 14 days of receipt of your order of any
discrepancies. All returns must be made to Le Baci within 30 days of
purchase for a full refund, less shipping costs. If 30% of the
product has been used upon return, no refund or exchange can be
given.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned
goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error
on behalf of Le Baci.
Guide to Returning Products
1. Email us at
info@lebaci.com.au to discuss
exchange of goods prior to returning products.
2. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event
the parcel goes missing in transit.
3. Please return your product(s), along with your order number, name
and contact details to:
